  2. At booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve your place.
  3. The balance of your course fee must be paid in full at least 30 days before the start of the programme, unless you are using our Interest Free Payment Plan facility, in which case terms and conditions can be found here.
  4. If you do not pay the balance of your course fee at least 30 days before the start of the programme, your place will be offered to the next person on the waiting list and you will not be able to attend the programme.
  5. If you cancel your booking at any time, no refunds will be given.
  6. If you wish to move your booking to another course within the same calendar year, a 10% admin fee will apply.
  7. It is our policy that any participants who contract Covid during a course will be asked to leave site the same day so as to minimise the risk of spread.
  8. Embercombe is a small charity and so is unfortunately not in a financial position to offer any additional refunds to participants of our in-house courses who contract Covid before or during the course.
  9. Any travel, or other arrangements, made for your participation on the course are entirely made at your own risk.
  10. You are responsible for transfer fees and bank administration fees. Please check the amount of these fees with your bank at the point of transfer and add any transfer fees that might be incurred with your payment.
  11. Course cancellations are rare, but if Embercombe has to cancel a course, all fees paid will be refunded (unless you choose to accept any substitute we may offer), but no liability can be accepted for any consequential losses you might incur.
  12. You are advised to insure yourself against any losses due to either you having to cancel your place, or the course being cancelled.
  13. Embercombe reserves the right to make changes to the advertised facilitators and programme as necessary.
  14. Unless we have been notified explicitly of any dietary, or other requirements at the time of booking and have agreed to them, we cannot guarantee that they will be met.
  15. Embercombe reserves the right to reject an application without explanation.
  16. Embercombe reserves the right to require a participant to leave during a course if their continuing attendance is not in the best interests of the other participants or the community.
