Bat Walk
Join us for an evening bat walk in our superb and abundant woodland. We’ll be using bat detectors and hearing expert guidance on the bats that are joining us in the woods, along the hedgerows and across our pond! We holding this event for a second time as it was so popular!

Bring a torch!

Suitable for adults and children aged 6yr+ but please note that all children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. This event will take place across uneven ground, in our woodland in the dark!

6 June, 16:30-18:00 – Tuesday

Bug hunt
Join us for an after-school session exploring the meadow for bugs, beasties and beauties. We’ll sweep through the grasses and shake the branches of trees to see what we find. A great family friendly event but also if you do not have children with you come along anyway and reawaken your inner child. Most people don’t have an excuse to go bug hunting as an adult and when we’ve run these events in the past, we’ve noticed it rekindles a connection with nature which many have lost.
