LIFEbeat summer camps enable you to challenge yourself, develop new skills, expand your creativity and make friends for life.

What happens at camp?
A daily choice of workshops is available for you to choose from, including:
- Music making
- Storytelling
- Dance
- Art and Crafts
- Lyric-writing and poetry
- Outdoor games
- Theatre improvisation
- Wellbeing, meditation and mindfulness
- Nature exploration
- Discussion and debate
Every evening the whole group comes together for activities and inspiration
- Theatre activities
- Group gatherings
- Community building
- Campfires
- Storytelling
Camps end with a Youth-Led Day, where participants plan and deliver their own workshops, realise their ideas and take on leadership roles within the camp community.
The LIFEbeat Promise
We provide everything you need for a week’s camping in a beautiful setting – all meals, activities and equipment is included.
Together we build a close, creative community in just one week.
A committed team of adult mentors is there to support you every step of the way.
Nutritious meals are provided and participants sleep in tented camps, which are staffed overnight to ensure that everyone is safe and secure.
